Community Garden Arch One
The Community Garden is the crown jewel of The Braunstone Gate and West End Community.
Set in the heart of the Arches, a group of budding gardeners have transformed the area with flowers and greenery. Multiple grow boxes are stationed around the Arches, with plans to grow flowers, vegetables and herbs.
The gardens are open on:
-
Wednesday 10:30 am - 14:00 pm.
-
Saturday 10:00 am - 14:00 pm.
Having a garden is something that many take for granted and with people wishing for more green space after the summer lockdown, the Community Garden is a perfect opportunity to get outdoors and get your fingers dirty.
The space is accessible to everyone; come to simply enjoy the gardens or, if you're green-fingered, take a more active role and help us develop the space!
We hope to open for more days and longer hours, but we rely on volunteers to be able to open and close the gardens for general use. If you would like to get involved or just want to find out more information, please email:
